The Spudvolution.
OK, what is this? Are you a cult?
Yes. But not illegal. We are a merch brand built around the observation that the potato is the only universally beloved food on earth. People take the pledge, pick a team, and wear the merch. There are no meetings. There is no compound. We do, however, recommend signing up.
What's the Potato Pledge?
Four lines we wrote on a takeout menu at 1am. You read it, you sign it, you get 20% off your first order. You also pick a team (Fried, Baked, Smashed, or Roasted) and commit to defending the spud against cauliflower discourse. Read the whole thing on the take-the-pledge page.
What do the four teams mean?
They're personalities, basically. Fried is crispy, loud, slightly too much salt. Baked is slow and unbothered. Smashed is chaotic-rustic-a-little-broken. Roasted is sharp and char-marked. Pick the one that sounds the most like a Tuesday at 3pm.
Can I switch teams?
Yes, but it has to be a real conversion experience. Casual swapping cheapens the bit.
Who's Todd?
Todd reads the emails and answers most of them. Todd has opinions about sleeve length. Todd is the reason customer service feels like talking to a person and not a chatbot. Email todd@eatsleeppotato.com.
Orders, sizing, shipping.
How long does shipping take?
Everything is print-on-demand, so each order is made when you place it. Production usually takes 2–5 business days, plus shipping (typically 3–5 business days in the US). You'll get a tracking number the moment it leaves the printer.
How much does shipping cost?
Free in the US on orders over $75. Below that, it's calculated at checkout based on what's in your cart and where it's going — no surprise fees, no fake "handling" line items.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Rates and transit times are calculated at checkout from your country. Customs and import duties are the buyer's responsibility, because they always are and we can't change that.
What sizes do you carry?
Most shirts and sweatshirts go up to 5XL. Hats are one-size or adjustable. Onesies run NB through 24 months. Specific size charts live on each product page — and if the chart says one thing and the fit says another, email Todd and he'll tell you which size runs true.
Can I return or exchange something?
If something arrives damaged, defective, or wrong (wrong size, wrong print, wrong product), we replace or refund it — no questions. Print-on-demand limits change-of-mind returns (nobody else can wear your custom hoodie), but Todd handles exceptions case by case. Tell him what happened.
Is my payment info safe?
Checkout runs on Stripe, which is the same payment processor most of the internet uses. We never see or store your card details. The whole transaction happens over encrypted connections.
Wholesale, custom, and other things.
Do you do wholesale or bulk orders?
Yes — co-ops, team events, weirdly specific birthday parties. Email Todd with quantity, deadline, and which designs you want. He'll quote you and we'll figure out fulfillment.
Can you make a custom team or design?
Sometimes. If you've got a regional team (a town, a workplace, a softball league) and there are enough of you to make it worth printing, Todd wants to hear about it.
Press, podcasts, that one weird collab?
Hit Todd up. We say yes to most things that don't involve cauliflower endorsements.
Is the cauliflower thing serious?
No. Mostly.
